What is Z2 Lifestyle?
Z2 Lifestyle is a premium lifestyle destination based in Westlands, Nairobi. We curate wellness, performance, style, and recovery products across four collections — Z2 Fuel, Z2 Pro, Z2 Elite, and Z2 Refuel — and operate a flagship boutique experience.
Where is your boutique located?
Our flagship boutique is located on Muthithi Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. It is a 120 SQM curated space featuring all four Z2 Lifestyle collections plus our Z2 REFUEL.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary on public holidays.
Do you sell products online?
We are currently focused on our in-store boutique experience. Online ordering is coming soon. Join our waitlist or follow us for launch updates.
How can I join the waitlist?
You can join the waitlist via the "JOIN THE WAITLIST" button on any page of our website, or by visiting the Community or Contact pages. Members receive exclusive launch updates, opening-day invites, early access to collections, and community news.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash. All transactions are processed securely.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Perishable items from Z2 REFUEL, opened supplements, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Are your supplements safe?
All Z2 Fuel supplements are sourced from trusted, globally recognised brands that comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). However, dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
Are your skincare products natural?
Our Z2 Elite skincare and grooming products are formulated with clean, naturally derived ingredients. We prioritise products free from parabens, sulphates, and harsh chemicals. Always check individual product labels for full ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within Nairobi and selected areas across Kenya. Delivery fees vary by location. Please contact us for delivery availability and rates outside Nairobi.
Can I book the boutique for a private event?
