1. Introduction
Welcome to Z2 Lifestyle. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website z2lifestyle.co.ke (the “Site”), your visits to our physical boutique, and your purchase of any products or services from Z2 Lifestyle (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Eligibility
By using our Site or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Products and Services
We offer a curated selection of wellness, performance, style, and recovery products across four collections: Z2 Fuel (supplements and wellness essentials), Z2 Pro (performance apparel and gear), Z2 Elite (skincare, fragrances, and accessories), and Z2 Refuel (fresh smoothies, drinks, and meals). We also operate a physical boutique in Westlands, Nairobi, and a Fresh Bar serving food and beverages.
We strive to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect exact product colours. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged for a product is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We accept M-Pesa, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash for in-store purchases. For online transactions, payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method.
5. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery within Nairobi and selected areas across Kenya. Delivery timeframes and fees are provided at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or third-party courier issues. 7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable items from Z2 REFUEL (smoothies, food, drinks)
- Opened supplements or nutrition products
- Personal care items, skincare products, and fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, product names, and the “Z2 Lifestyle” brand and logo, is the exclusive property of Z2 Lifestyle or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including via hacking, scraping, or introducing malware.
- Use any automated means (bots, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Site without our permission.
